Rev. Dr. Wanda J. Sisco is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Beyond the Veil Church Worship Center,  Wanda Sisco Ministries, and International Kingdom Women's Coalition. The LORD GOD has called this anointed vessel into His kingdom for such a time as this, to serve Him by declaring the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the nations. Born to Reverend J.W. Moses and the late Mrs. Thelma Alexander Moses, she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior and was baptized at an early age. Shortly thereafter, the Lord began preparing her for Kingdom work through years of training in youth and music ministry.

"Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone--everywhere." - Mark 16:15

Rev. Dr. Sisco faithfully submitted to the leadership of the Rev. Dr. Chester A. McDonald, Sr., and acknowledged her call to the Gospel ministry in August 1996.  She preached her initial sermon and was licensed on October 11, 1998. In 2000, Rev. Dr. Sisco was ordained and consecrated as Senior Pastor and Founder of Beyond the Veil Church Worship Center, Inc., a non-denominational ministry of healing, deliverance and empowerment through the Presence of the Lord. Beyond the Veil is a church after the Lord's own heart, dedicated to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ--crucified and resurrected--to the lost and equipping the saints to live holy and victorious lives before Him.

"Be strong and courageous, for you will lead my people to possess [all] the land"-Joshua 1:6

Under Rev. Dr. Sisco’s leadership, Beyond the Veil Worship Center moved from holding services in a local middle school, to a sanctuary in Upper Marlboro, MD, to its current location in Northeast Washington, DC. The purpose of this move was to prepare for relocation to its permanent worship facility on 18 acres of land, also located in Upper Marlboro, MD.

And Jesus said..."Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men." - Mark 1:17

In 2001, the Lord God impressed the need upon Rev. Dr. Sisco's heart for Wanda Sisco Ministries, another vehicle that He has empowered to carry His Word to the nations. Wanda Sisco Ministries desires to reach the masses with healing messages of God's love through television and Internet broadcasts, music, education and conference training. In 2002, the ministry celebrated the successful independent release of its first CD entitled, "Healing and Deliverance" and has since successfully hosted numerous conferences, retreats and seminars.

Rev. Dr. Sisco is married to Rev. Dr. Jeffery Sisco. They have one adult daughter, Jacqueline, and one grand daugher, Ava.

With the support of her family and congregation, Rev. Dr. Sisco began in-depth studies to shew herself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth (2 Tim. 2:15). She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor's degree in Christian Counseling from National Bible College and Seminary in Fort Washington, MD. Rev. Dr. Sisco continued her graduate degree studies and in June 2005, graduated Summa Cum Laude earning a Master of Divinity degree with a specialization in Christian Counseling. Two years later, in June 2007, she graduated Summa Cum Laude earning a Doctor of Ministry degree in Theology and Counseling.

Rev. Dr. Sisco is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, the American Association of Christian Counselors and is a Certified Christian Marriage and Family Therapist.

While the Lord Jesus Christ called and ordained her long ago, on September 18, 2005, Rev. Dr. Sisco was also formally consecrated to the office of the Apostle by a council of ordained apostles and bishops. Apostle Sisco is truly a trailblazer, being used mightily of the Lord to advance His Kingdom!

A much sought after preacher, conference speaker and retreat presenter, Apostle Sisco has been blessed to travel both nationally and internationally ministering God's Holy Word. She has also received numerous commendations and awards throughout her ministry. In 2005, Apostle Sisco was recognized by National Bible College and Seminary for Best Master's Thesis. In 2007, during the conferral of her Doctoral degree, Apostle Sisco was awarded National Bible College and Seminary's "Chancellor's Award". This award from the institution's chancellor (Bishop T.L. Lowery) is bestowed upon the student who is nominated by faculty and staff for an overall spirit of excellence, and consistent display of Christian character and integrity. In 2008, Apostle Sisco joined the faculty of National Bible College and Seminary.

Apostle Sisco was also chosen to serve as a participant in the Lott Carey League’s highly-selective Pastoral Excellence Program (PEP), which affords selected Senior Pastors valuable opportunities for “in the field” missions training and overseas outreach. Through this program, Apostle and Pastor Sisco have traveled to Guyana, South America and Kingston, Jamaica to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the lost.

Apostle Sisco does not take any glory for the accomplishments the Lord has blessed her with. Rather, it is in humility that she confesses her heartfelt desire to please the Lord God in all she does. It is Apostle Sisco’s persistent prayer that through her life the Lord would be exalted…and that he, who has begun a good work in her, would continue to perform it until the day of Christ Jesus.
