The Pastoral Alliance Network (PAN) was birthed out of God's perfect will and our heartfelt our desire to be of assistance to Christian leaders. Our goal is to develop a strong network of focused, Christ-centered leaders who are called and anointed by God to serve as undershepherds, tending a local flock under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. Whether you are a pastor of a church or a ministry within a church, the Pastoral Alliance Netowrk will be a blessing to you!
The Lord desires that every pastor in the Body of Christ wisely shepherd whatever "flock" He has given you charge over, leading and guiding His people to a deeper understanding of His Word (that they may become "doers" of the Word) and live victorious lives in Jesus Christ.
Serving as a pastor isn't an easy task, you will encounter many different personalities, circumstances and challenges. However, as you stay focused on Jesus Christ and obey His Word, you will also experience many victories in Him and the reward that comes from helping others to know Jesus better.
